Strength
Our premier class and a favorite by many of our members. We offer 3 variations of Strength classes including Push, Pull and Fully body. By engaging in exercises that target specific muscle groups, individuals can promote muscle growth, improve endurance, and increase overall strength. We use a wide variety of equipment in class including free weights like barbells & dumbbells, cable machines, resistance bands and much more. Olympic lifting is a major focus during these types of workouts. It not only helps to tone and shape the body, but also contributes to improved bone density, joint stability, and overall health. Regular strength training can boost metabolism, enhance coordination, and promote better overall body mechanics.

Conditioning
Conditioning generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. A conditioning workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Engaging in activities that increase the heart rate and elevate breathing, thereby improving the efficiency of the cardiovascular system. We use a few different class formats including AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) and EMOM (every minute on the minute) to showcase a few.

H.I.I.T
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is an incredibly effective and popular workout style. It involves alternating short bursts of intense exercises with brief periods of rest or low-intensity recovery. What sets HIIT apart is its ability to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time. By pushing your body to its limits during the high-intensity intervals, you not only burn calories during the workout, but also continue to burn them post-exercise due to the metabolic effects. These workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training.
