    Zach Petrone

    Founder/Owner, Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor, Mountain Guide

    Zach is the owner of Rocky Mountain Strength, founded in November 2020. Born and raised in Colorado, he has a passion for helping people stay healthy, strong and increase longevity for what the Colorado outdoors has to offer. He specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Mountain Fitness, Hunting Prep, and Endurance based Sports Performance. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he is well versed in a variety of training programs and development.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, and is certified through the International Sports Science Association

  • Felicia Hernandez

    Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor

    Born and raised here in Colorado, I have always been active outdoors and in sports. Once organized sports ended, I quickly found a passion in fitness and a desire to help others achieve optimal health and wellness. My background has been in high intensity interval group fitness training for the past three years. I have a specialization in weight management and corrective exercise. My philosophy is to meet you exactly where you are at and to PUSH you to be the best version of yourself.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

  • Jeremy Kemp

    Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor

    Jeremy’s goal as a trainer is to help you function and move the way your body was designed to. Whether it is athletics or regular life, nothing should hold you back from doing what you love. Fitness isn’t just a one month or one year commitment, it is a choice that will lead you toward a better life. Jeremy specializes in functional training, rehab and injury prevention.

    Bachelors degree from University of Colorado and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine

    Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor

    Rachel started her tenure in the health and wellness industry with her own journey and transformation with nutrition and fitness. Her results were so life changing it caused her to switch careers to pursue becoming a Holistic Nutritionist. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Rachel assesses all parts of the body including fitness, so it was a natural addition to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Rachel brings a whole health approach along with functional movement to keep her clients moving how they want in life.

  • Tori Gibson

    Small Group Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Coach

    I am originally from Temecula, California and moved to Colorado in 2013. I am a mom to the most amazing daughter and she is my daily motivation! We love to do all the outdoor activities and get some sort of movement in everyday!

    Growing up I have always been very active and played sports pretty much my whole life. I have a heavy CrossFit background, I started in 2014 just by random luck and started coaching in 2015 because I wanted to grow my knowledge with CrossFit/Fitness and share my passion with others. I love helping people reach their goals, big or small and I love that I get to do it every day.

  • Laura Gallager

    Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor, Firefighter, Mountain Guide

    Laura has a background as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Functional Range Conditioning Specialist. Laura's main philosophy is to create strong, durable, and resilient clients. She believes in providing athletes and adults with the right tools to make better choices regarding health and longevity and has experience working with various teams and athletes. Her fitness approach stems from overcoming years of various shoulder & hip injuries and multiple broken ribs and believes that essential fitness comes from the combination of strength, movement, mobility, and recovery.

    Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and was a Collegiate All American softball player

  • Brittany Biays

    Small-Group Instructor

    As a Colorado native, I have always been active outdoors enjoying what this beautiful state has to offer. Growing up tried many sports but fell in love with cheerleading and became an All-Star cheer coach for 2 years. In 2016 I joined a CrossFit gym and that is where my passion for health and fitness started. I wanted to share that same passion with others and became a coach in 2017. My favorite thing in the gym is lifting a heavy barbell and participating in deferent activities that push me out of my comfort zone. What I enjoy most about coaching is watching people overcome obstacles, big or small, and reach their goals.

    Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor

    Tori was born and raised in Illinois and most recently moved to Colorado! She comes from an athletic background, growing up playing multiple sports and playing Field Hockey competitively at the Division I level in College. With a passion to make herself better athletically and guide others in their fitness journeys, she is determined to help improve every client’s overall fitness ability and achieve each personal goal. Tori has been Sports Performance Coaching and Personal Training since 2014 and continues to push the envelope on her knowledge and experience! When Tori isn’t in the gym she is either running, hiking for cycling in the Mountain, finding a new coffee shop or on the Field Hockey field Coaching at the High School and Club level.

    Small-Group Instructor

    Madison has been a fitness instructor since 2021, but her love for health and wellness goes back as far as she can remember. She grew up playing basketball and then transitioned over to CrossFit, and through that transition she found that any kind of movement improved not only her physical health but her mental health as well. She is excited to help others experience this on their own fitness journey in whatever way she can.
