Zach founded Rocky Mountain Strength in 2020 to help others build strength, improve health, and embrace Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. With 10+ years in the fitness industry, he specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Mountain Fitness, Hunting Preparation, and Endurance Sports Performance. Zach has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.

Tori Gibson
Studio Manager, Small Group Instructor, Personal Trainer
Tori has always been active, with a strong passion for Olympic Lifting. She became a coach in 2015 to expand her knowledge and help others. She loves guiding clients toward their goals, no matter the challenge, and is grateful to do it every day. Tori is the Studio Manger and is eager to help any clients by putting them first.

Jeremy Kemp
Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor
Jeremy helps clients move as their bodies were designed, whether for sports or daily life. He specializes in functional training, injury rehab, and prevention, promoting fitness as a lifelong path to better health and performance. Jeremy has a bachelors degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado.

A Colorado native with a passion for the outdoors, Felicia transitioned from organized sports to fitness and has over six years of experience in high-intensity interval training. Felicia has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University.

Nick’s mission is to build a community of individuals who take control of their futures and live life to the fullest. He believes in cultivating a strong body, focused mind, and unshakable spirit. Nick designs holistic programs that combine strength training, nutrition, and mental resilience to help clients achieve lasting transformation and reach their full potential. Nick is the owner of Christenson Performance Group.

Brittany, a Colorado native, grew up exploring various sports before finding her passion in cheerleading and later coaching. She loves olympic lifting and pushing past her comfort zone. As a coach, she finds the most joy in helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Certified Personal Trainer, Small-Group Instructor, Field Hockey Coach
Originally from Illinois, Tori moved to Colorado with a passion for fitness and athletics. A former Division I Field Hockey player, she has over a decade of experience in Sports Performance Coaching and Personal Training. Tori is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and continually expands her expertise. Outside the gym, she enjoys running, hiking, cycling, exploring coffee shops, and coaching Field Hockey.

Rachel's journey into the health and wellness industry began with her own transformative experience with nutrition and fitness. Inspired by her results, she became a Holistic Nutritionist and later a Certified Personal Trainer, combining whole-body health with functional fitness. Her approach empowers clients to move with ease and live their best lives. Rachel is the owner of Be Well Personal Wellness.

A full-time firefighter and strength & conditioning coach, Laura helps lead Rocky Mountain Strength mountain excursions while focusing on building strong, resilient clients. Drawing from her own injury recovery, she emphasizes strength, movement, mobility, and recovery to empower athletes and adults in their fitness journeys.

Madison, a fitness instructor since 2021, has been passionate about health and wellness her whole life. Starting with basketball and later transitioning to CrossFit, she discovered how movement enhances both physical and mental well-being. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others experience the transformative benefits of fitness.
