Physical Therapy
Tyler Pollock, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. VRS, is a seasoned physical therapist with six years of experience and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Specializing in orthopedic conditions, Tyler focuses on manual therapy and movement-based performance. His hands-on approach includes techniques such as Active Release Techniques (ART), Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM), Dry Needling, Cupping, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), among others. The Performance Project is proudly based at Rocky Mountain Strength, offering skilled neuromuscular re-education for long-term, effective solutions.
