TRAIL RUN #3

Are you ready to take your endurance to the next level? Have you always wanted to test your limits and see what you can accomplish outside of the gym? This program is for all fitness levels including first-time runners and seasoned runners. This 6 Week Running Program will give you a community to train with while helping you ultimately become the best version of YOU.

Join Coach Zach this spring and test your athletic abilities. Colorado has some of the best running trails in the country and we will be taking advantage of them! No street or pavement running, exclusively dirt trails with elevation gain.

This event is for the Trail Team and Drop-In Trail Runners ($10) PLEASE SIGN UP ON MINDBODY!

This will be a 30min base pace team run with moderate elevation gain. The goal will be to keep the HR low, and work on building your aerobic base as we start the 6 weeks of training.
